One on One Care, Inc has made a commitment to our local community as well as our persons served to take on a new challenge.  One on One Care, Inc. have become inspired to make a meaningful work experience possible if that is a choice and desire of a person receiving services with us.  We are striving to make partnerships with local employers and have a gainful employment experience in a field of someone choosing. Minimum wage pay with greatly reduced hours will still provide service to employers as well as become possible to our persons served utilizing this service provided by Medicaid.

Service Definition:

Supported Employment Services provide assistance with choosing, acquiring, and maintaining a job for participants ages 16 and older for whom competitive employment has not been achieved and / or has been interrupted or intermittent.

C.A.P. Funding is required for this service at One on One Care, Inc.
